"I was nervous about starting personal training as I had suffered a couple of health problems in the past. Knowing how much my fitness levels had dropped over the years, I was concerned it was going to be too hard on my body. However, Scott understood my limits instantly and it was a steady process of building my fitness levels back up.
In my job, it's important to remain in good shape. It was essential for me not to lose any weight and it was my biggest fear was that I was going to get 'bulky'. Scott soon made it clear that it wasn't in his interest to make me muscular, but to make me lean, toned and defined. How you can sometimes feel often comes down to diet.
Not only did Scott stress the importance of exercise, he ensured my diet was up to scratch by assessing the foods that I was eating and trying to find healthier replacements that were just as yummy! We all love cheat days but who knew that they could be 'almost' guilt free!
As someone that doesn't usually enjoy exercising first thing, Scott really makes each session fun and it's become something I actually look forward to doing. Morning sessions fit in to my day perfectly and give me really good energy for the day ahead! Scott worked closely with me on the run up to the most important day of my life, my wedding, and he made it his goal for me to have lean, toned arms and a flat tummy for the big day. (THANK YOU!)
